Martin Adamec is the controller. You can contact us using the address, email and phone below.
This notice covers website visitors, enquiries, customers and business contact persons. The separate database notice covers people identified in business records.
The website uses a Hostinger virtual server. To deliver and secure it, we process IP address, access time, request URL and method, status, transferred size, referrer where sent, and browser user agent. The basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our interest in a secure, functioning website. Technical logs are retained for no more than 30 days. The connection uses TLS.
The website VPS is located in Frankfurt, Germany. Hostinger also creates separate weekly infrastructure backups and replaces older backups according to its backup cycle; deletion from the live service does not mean immediate removal from those backups.
We process the name, company, registration identifier, email, phone, requested market or industry and message you submit, plus submission time, IP address, browser user agent and form language. Spam checks use a hidden control field and timing. The basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for precontractual steps at your request, or Art. 6(1)(f) for communication with business representatives and abuse prevention. The checkbox acknowledges this notice and your request; it is not newsletter consent. The server hands the message to local email software for delivery to the operator. Only a failed local handoff creates a backup outside the public web directory; local acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. No automatic confirmation email is sent. Uncompleted enquiries are deleted 12 months after the last contact; failed-handoff backups are retained for no more than 12 months from the stored submission or last contact. Contract records follow section 6.
We process identifying business details, the data concerned, reply email and message, plus the form metadata described above, to handle rights requests under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Minimal suppression identifiers may be retained under Art. 6(1)(f) to prevent re-inclusion. Correspondence is kept only as necessary to resolve and document the request or legal claims; suppression needs are reviewed. These records are not automatically treated as ordinary enquiries.
Customer identity, business contacts, orders, invoices and payment details are processed to perform contracts (Art. 6(1)(b)), comply with legal duties (Art. 6(1)(c)), and communicate with representatives or address legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f)). Contract and accounting records are retained for applicable statutory periods and as necessary for legal claims, separately from the enquiry limit.
The current site sets no application cookies, uses no local storage and has no active analytics or advertising tags. Fonts, images and scripts are served locally. Ordinary external links are subject to the destination’s own notice when followed. We will update this notice before introducing optional tracking and obtain consent where required.
Data may be accessed where needed by hosting, email and IT providers under applicable safeguards, banks, accounting or professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. Enquiry details are not supplied to customers as database products.
Access or transfers outside the EEA require a lawful basis and an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. Where relevant, you can request information on the destination, mechanism and how to obtain a copy of safeguards using our contact details. We do not assume that a provider’s brand alone guarantees EEA-only processing.
Providing an enquiry is voluntary. Marked fields are needed to process the form; you may instead contact us by email, post or phone. Additional information is requested only where necessary. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.
Subject to the legal conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. Consent may be withdrawn where processing actually relies on it, without affecting earlier lawfulness. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation; direct-marketing objections require no reason and stop that use. We normally respond within one month. A lawful extension of up to two further months is explained within the first month. Requests are normally free; any statutory exception must be justified.
You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz), or another competent supervisory authority, including where you habitually reside or work or where the alleged infringement occurred.
Send privacy questions and rights requests directly to the controller using the contact details below. You do not need to appoint a representative or use a particular legal form.
This notice describes the current service and is updated when relevant processing changes. The version date appears above.
