If a record identifies you, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction where applicable. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation. An objection to direct marketing needs no reason. An objection to us concerns our processing; if another company contacts you, you may also object directly to that company.
Please identify the record, the data concerned and a way to reply. A registration number may help but is optional. We ask for additional identity evidence only if proportionate and necessary to resolve reasonable doubts. You may also use email, post or phone instead of this form.
Required fields are marked. The form and its technical metadata are used to handle and document your request under the privacy notice. No marketing consent is required. A success page means the request was accepted for processing, not that erasure has already occurred.
The operator checks the request and applies the relevant legal conditions. Direct-marketing use stops on objection; for other legitimate-interest processing, any overriding grounds or legal-claim exception must be explained. Necessary corrections, restrictions or erasure and legally required recipient notifications are handled by the operator, not automatically by this form. Minimal suppression identifiers may be kept to prevent re-inclusion. We normally reply within one month and explain any lawful extension of up to two additional months within the first month. There is no automatic acknowledgement email. Requests are normally free; statutory exceptions must be justified. You may complain to the Czech ÚOOÚ or another competent supervisory authority.
You may send the same request to the email or postal address below, or call us. No prescribed subject line or legal wording is required.
