The more precise the request (country, industry, region, fields required), the more precise the quote. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. You are welcome to write in English.

How does a request work?

  1. Send your request: Tell us the country, industry, region and the fields you need – email, phone, web, postal address or a combination. A message with those four details is enough to get started.
  2. We check and quote: We verify what can be delivered in the combination you need and tell you the record count, data date and final price. You then decide whether to order.
  3. Place your order: After you confirm the order we send an invoice. Payment is by bank transfer or another agreed method.
  4. Delivery: The finished CSV or Excel file is sent by email – usually within one working day after payment is received. For very large queries we will tell you the exact delivery time in advance.

In which formats are the data delivered?

As a CSV or Excel file. You choose the format when ordering; both options contain the same data.

Can I test the data before buying?

On request we send an anonymised sample from your target area. This lets you see the structure, field names and typical completeness before you decide.

How long does delivery take?

Usually one working day after payment is received. For very large or custom queries it may take two working days; we will let you know if anything takes longer.

Which fields does a company list contain?

Always included: company name, street, postcode, city, federal state and industry. Email, phone and web are added depending on data availability. The exact layout is shown in the sample file.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can request a single industry in a single federal state. Smaller requests are just as welcome as large ones.

May I use the data for direct marketing?

firmenkontaktdaten.de delivers raw data. You are responsible for its use in direct marketing; Section 7 UWG is the relevant rule in Germany.
